A screw-on mounting plate so you can have the NIS system on any ski, makes any blank ski compatible with the best Rottefella bindings. The standard NIS plates will be best for blank skis. The RMP plate is for mounting over pre-drilled holes from Salomon/Atomic skis. The RMP plates can still be mounted on blank skis but should be mounted so the balance point of the ski is 1.5cm ahead of the balance point marked on the plate. If you are not comfortable mounting bindings, ask us or a local shop to do it for you! For the DIYers, pre-drill pilot holes and use waterproof glue on hole prior to screwing onto ski.
